Material and care

Material
Brass at the core. Brass reclaimed from existing material, nickel-free and hypoallergenic. The surface is finished in 18k gold or rhodium plating. Both precious metals chosen for their recyclability. A composition considered for the body.

Caring for your jewelry
Remove before showering, swimming and exercising. Water exposure shortens the life of the plating. Store in a cool, dry place, in the pouch it arrived in. Clean gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.

Shipping and Returns

We fulfill orders as quickly as possible depending on availability. In stock items ship within 2-3 business days from Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Orders are delivered with PostNL. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Netherlands 1-2 business days, EU 3-5 business days, UK and Switzerland 4-7 business days, rest of world 7-14 business days (customs dependent). Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties or taxes due on arrival in the destination country.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, undamaged, and in its original Konina packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@konina.studio with your order number.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
