Every Konina piece is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity that European law gives every consumer: a minimum of two years from the day the piece is delivered. It applies automatically, costs nothing and sits alongside everything described in our other guides. The notice below is the official European Union notice, reproduced as published.

Reporting an issue
If a piece does not match its description or does not function as intended, write to support@konina.studio with your order number and a few photographs of the issue. A response follows within one business day with next steps.
The legal guarantee is separate from the fourteen-day right of withdrawal, which is described in Returns & Exchanges.
