Refund policy

This Refund Policy describes how KONINA ("we", "us", or "our") accepts returns and processes refunds. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The 14-day period begins on the day you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period has expired. You can do so by emailing support@konina.studio with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return your order.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Returned in their original KONINA packaging, including any pouch, box, and care card
Earrings are exempt from return for hygiene reasons once they have been worn or have come into contact with the ear, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or where they were delivered damaged or incorrect.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
After contacting us at support@konina.studio, you will receive a return address and instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
You must return the item to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, KONINA will cover the cost of return shipping.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original method of payment within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
The original cost of shipping is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
If the value of the returned goods has been reduced because they have been handled in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value from the refund.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Under European Union law, all goods sold to consumers carry a minimum two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or differs from your order, please contact us at support@konina.studio within a reasonable time of discovery, including your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping at our expense.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a piece, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
