Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how KONINA dispatches orders and the delivery timelines you can expect. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

All orders are dispatched from our studio in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

European Union 3-5 business days
Other European destinations (UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Balkans, Türkiye) 4-9 business days
Rest of world 7-14 business days, customs dependent

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or remote destinations. KONINA is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

SHIPPING COSTS & CARRIERS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination. Any applicable customs duties and import taxes for destinations outside the European Union are not included in the checkout total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders are shipped with PostNL, the Dutch national carrier, across every destination we serve.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Every order is shipped with a tracking number, which is sent to you by email at the time of dispatch. If you have not received a tracking email within three business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@konina.studio.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For deliveries within the European Union, all applicable taxes are included in the price displayed at checkout.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically collected by the carrier on delivery. KONINA cannot estimate these charges in advance, as they vary by country.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. KONINA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@konina.studio as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate, and where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS

We currently do not ship to destinations subject to international sanctions or to addresses we cannot reasonably verify. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund your payment in full.
